How You Can Help

As a member of The Free School Norwich community, you can help us by:

• being on time for drop-off and pick-up. You can drop your child off from 8:30am and the day begins at 8:50am. Please ensure you collect your child at 3:30pm.
• providing a healthy, nut-free snack each day, unless your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 as a healthy snack will be provided for them.  
• ensuring your child attends school unless they are too unwell or there are exceptional circumstances for their absence.
• ensuring your child wears the correct named uniform (please see uniform tab for more information).
• ensuring your child is dressed appropriately for the weather.
• supporting your child with their reading at least 3 times per week.
• looking out for emails and newsletters which contain important information.
• providing us with up-to-date contact details.

We understand that some of these expectations may be challenging for some and are more than happy to support where needed.
